Our Story
Serenityhabits was founded on a simple observation: millions of professionals in Germany and across Europe want to practice yoga, but traditional 60-90 minute classes don't fit their schedules. We recognized that meaningful wellness doesn't require hours—it requires the right approach.
Our founding team spent two years researching which yoga practices deliver the most significant benefits in minimal time. We partnered with wellness experts and collected feedback from over three thousand busy professionals. The result was Serenityhabits: a platform dedicated to high-quality, evidence-informed yoga sessions that fit seamlessly into hectic lives.

Sophia is a certified Vinyasa and Yin yoga instructor with a background in Sports Science from the University of Munich. She spent eight years teaching traditional classes before recognizing the need for accessible, efficient practice. Her mission is to prove that transformative yoga doesn't demand hours of commitment. Sophia leads curriculum development and personally teaches advanced sessions.

Co-Founder & Wellness Specialist
Marcus holds a Master's degree in Mindfulness and Health Psychology. He manages program research, instructor training, and partnership development.
